Join MUFG Investor Services as a Data Integrity Solutions Analyst, where you will play a vital role in designing and enhancing data integrity solutions that span lineage, data quality, reconciliations, metadata, and Master Data Management (MDM). Collaborating closely with technology, PMO, and business teams, you will analyze requirements, develop logical and functional solution designs, assess data impacts of changes, and ensure that new and enhanced capabilities align with enterprise data standards. This ensures the organization maintains trusted, well-governed data.
- Transform business and data integrity needs into clear functional requirements for lineage, data quality, reconciliations, metadata, and MDM capabilities.
- Contribute to the logical design of data integrity solutions, including data rules, lineage models, reconciliation logic, and metadata standards.
- Conduct data impact assessments on change initiatives, ensuring designs adhere to “data essentials” standards and best-practice principles.
- Evaluate proposed changes for impacts on data flows, ownership, controls, lineage, and quality, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data architecture.
- Collaborate with technology teams to refine solution designs, prepare functional specifications, support handover for build, and validate delivered functionality.
- Utilize SQL and analytical techniques to explore datasets, validate assumptions, and provide evidence-based inputs into solution design.
- Support conceptual and logical data modeling activities to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, data flows, and test evidence.
