Qualifications

Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Practical experience in machine learning or AI engineering. Demonstrated success in deploying machine learning systems in production settings. Proficient with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Strong programming capabilities in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or PySpark). Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, Airflow, Argo, or similar technologies. Comprehensive understanding of system design, distributed computing, and data architecture. Experience in at least one specialized area: Computer Vision, NLP/LLMs, Predictive Maintenance, Optimization, or Time Series Analysis. Structured, collaborative, and proactive approach in a cross-functional and international context. Curious, open-minded, and dedicated to creating impactful and responsible AI solutions. Fluency in English is essential.

Drive the design and implementation of advanced machine learning and deep learning models tailored for practical industrial and enterprise applications.
Design and optimize robust data pipelines for training, evaluating, and continuously updating models.
Implement production-ready machine learning systems leveraging REST APIs, microservices, or streaming inference techniques.
Lead and enhance the MLOps strategy, encompassing model versioning, CI/CD processes, observability, monitoring, retraining, and experiment tracking.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to outline the architecture and roadmap for AI solutions, ensuring cohesion with Bosch’s overarching technology strategy.
Engage closely with teams spanning data science, backend development, product management, and platform engineering within Bosch’s global tech divisions.
Uphold responsible AI standards focusing on performance, fairness, robustness, and interpretability.
