Required Qualifications:Secret Security Clearance required. Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma combined with 7 years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong independent work ethic, complemented by effective teamwork skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in data management, visualization, and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI. Must reside within a 70-mile radius of Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and clients in managing program data across the MDA system.
  • Establish and enforce data governance protocols, overseeing data handling operations.
  • Develop and implement Integrated Data Management Plans (IDMPs) and Data Handling Plans (DHPs).
  • Support the complete lifecycle of data events, including collection, validation, storage, dissemination, and archival processes.
  • Facilitate data integration and ensure interoperability across various programs, maintaining authoritative data sources.
  • Work with government stakeholders to define data requirements and collection strategies for testing events.
  • Contribute to mission execution through pre-test data system validation, coordinating data flows, and managing post-mission data turnaround.
  • Conduct data analyses to uncover gaps and inconsistencies, recommending areas for enhancement.
  • Manage structured and unstructured datasets across various environments, including pre-production, testing, operational, and enterprise-wide.
  • Ensure metadata and data records adhere to quality standards for traceability and mission utility.
  • Participate in planning meetings and technical reviews.
  • Prepare data for business intelligence, AI/ML, and advanced analytics applications.
