Your Role
- Conducting, managing, and interpreting A/B tests to optimize gameplay mechanics, enhance user experience, and refine monetization strategies.
- Creating and updating player segmentation tools and strategies to deliver personalized offers and boost engagement.
- Monitoring and assessing core KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV) through comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Collaborating as the data partner across multiple teams (Product, Growth, Marketing), offering insights that inform strategic roadmaps.
- Effectively juggling multiple priorities with minimal oversight and swiftly adapting to evolving business needs.
