Position Overview
At Halter, data is at the heart of our operations. It is one of our most valuable resources for providing meaningful insights to farmers and ranchers. The efficacy of our predictive models relies heavily on the precision of the ground truth data that supports them. We are establishing a specialized Data Operations team to oversee the complete lifecycle of ground truth datasets, including collection, management, and quality assurance.
