# About the Team You'll Join
- As a Data Product Manager (AI) at Toss Bank, you will lead the rapid experimentation of AI/ML-driven features and products, connecting them to actual user experiences to drive product success.
- Upon joining, you will collaborate with the ML Service Team to discover, plan, implement, and operate AI-based products.
# Responsibilities You Will Undertake
- You will spearhead the end-to-end planning and improvement cycles of AI and ML-based products.
- Define and execute how various AI and ML technologies should function in Toss Bank's customer-facing or internal products.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to bridge technology and product.
- Understand complex technical, business, and regulatory requirements, designing domains with developers while strategically solving problems.
- Define business impact, design metrics, and enhance products through A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
- Design user experiences and business structures from a long-term perspective, focusing on AI.
# Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are looking for someone with experience or strong interest in services utilizing AI Agents, LLM, and ML.
- You should possess experience leading high-complexity or uncertain challenges to completion.
- We value those who wish to engage not just in project management but also in transforming organizational development processes and cultures, working with diverse stakeholders (planning/design/development/operations/partners) to build a stronger team.
- You need to have the ability to create incremental outcomes by considering both business impact and technical feasibility.

- Practical experience designing and operating ML-based products or systems is a plus.
