QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is mandatory.2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, program management support, or within startup/innovation ecosystems. Proven capability to manage datasets with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and Excel is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Adept at collaborating effectively within a team environment. Experience with data governance and data management frameworks is advantageous. Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities

Data Capture & Management -

Gather and uphold accurate data from participating startups and various program activities.
Ensure data completeness, consistency, and reliability across diverse programs.
Create templates and processes to facilitate systematic data collection and verification.
Produce ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to aid strategic planning, business development, and program enhancements.
Act as the main point of contact for startups regarding all data collection and reporting needs.

Program Support & Analysis

Assist program managers in organizing and executing core activities (bootcamps, workshops, demo days, etc.).
Monitor program delivery timelines and escalate any risks or delays.
Contribute to the preparation of program briefs, meeting notes, and updates for stakeholders.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, startup metrics, and ecosystem impacts.
Support the creation of presentations featuring clear data visualizations and insights.

Startup Engagement & Program Support

Proactively engage with founders and team members to ensure timely data and report submissions.
Assist in onboarding new startups into our data systems and reporting frameworks.
