We understand the unique relationships that emerge from in-person gatherings, which digital channels simply cannot replicate. Our dinners, forums, and conference engagements have not only attracted new customers but have also strengthened our connections with existing ones, creating a valuable network that grows over time.In this role, you will take ownership of our event strategy, managing successful existing formats while expanding our conference presence and initiating collaborative experiences that deepen Langdock's integration into the enterprise AI landscape.Your Key ResponsibilitiesHost co-branded events with partners and customers. You will identify suitable co-hosts, craft event formats, manage logistics, and ensure that every event offers true value to participants.Oversee our established event formats, including The Dock, our exclusive AI forum held biannually, and our AI Adoption Dinners. Your goal will be to maintain high standards and adapt these events based on insights gained.Manage Langdock's presence at conferences by collaborating with our sales team. You will determine our strategic approach, facilitate pre- and post-event activities, and evaluate the success of our participation through meaningful conversations.Coordinate vendors and logistics.
