This internship serves as a practical platform for students to leverage their academic knowledge and previous experiences to create a significant impact at GRESB. Interns will acquire invaluable real-world experience, accomplish demonstrable goals, and deepen their understanding of various sustainability standards and frameworks.
Your primary responsibilities will include validating sustainability-related data and reporting while assisting our team with data analysis, extraction, and outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate should be available to dedicate 40 hours per week throughout the internship. GRESB will provide comprehensive training and necessary software resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth technical reviews of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance documents for analysis and benchmarking.
- Assist the Data Quality & Validation team in verifying policies, reports, and data across multiple ESG categories against international sustainability standards, gaining familiarity with frameworks such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, GRI, ISO, and more.
- Perform data manipulation and basic statistical interpretation.
- Handle confidential client information and support the team with client outreach.
- Effectively manage time across various tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with other interns and team members.
Availability: Candidates should ideally be available for the internship between April 15th and September 30th, 2026, in Amsterdam.
Note: Only applicants currently residing in the Netherlands and eligible to intern in the country will be considered, as GRESB cannot support visa applications for this role.
