Your Role at impact.com:
We’re seeking a Data Reliability Analyst with a minimum of two years of experience who will take ownership of investigating data issues from start to finish. You will analyze customer data from our integrations to assess accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency, and identify discrepancies. Your role involves diagnosing root causes of issues and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our system's reliability. This position demands a blend of statistical analysis, investigative skills, and product awareness.
In this role, you won’t just identify problems; you will drive impactful solutions. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap and the development of integrations. Ideal candidates will possess a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field and will be comfortable collaborating across data, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
