Your Mission

We are in search of a passionate Data Research & Insights Analyst to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will utilize data to generate actionable insights, inform innovative strategies, and optimize campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is analytical, inquisitive, and adept at identifying trends that shape creative and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Convert extensive datasets into clear, impactful insights.

  • Evaluate campaign metrics to discern performance trends and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Establish and uphold benchmarks for success against industry standards and competitors.

  • Social Listening & Market Research: Employ social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to track consumer dialogues, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Conduct research to assist account management and strategic planning teams with trend analyses and market evaluations.

  • Remain updated on the latest industry innovations and developments to enhance strategic direction.

  • Reporting: Generate quarterly performance reports focusing on brand metrics, category trends, and competitive insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations that guide content creation, campaign messaging, and budget allocation.
