We are seeking a proactive Sr. Manager of Analytics & Data Science who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into technical challenges solvable through analytics, data science, and BI reporting.
- Serve as a player-coach to maximize value across various Growth Marketing channels, including Paid, CRM, On-Site Merchandising, and Product.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations; regularly present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish and manage automated dashboards and data pipelines, creating and automating new datasets for reporting purposes.
- Engage with omnichannel attribution measurement frameworks to foster incrementality and customer growth.
- Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to evaluate marketing initiatives, applying statistical rigor and causal inference.
- Develop machine learning models to support decision-making and optimization, closely collaborating with Data Science and Growth Marketing teams to implement ML solutions.
