In this role, you will engage with product, engineering, and business teams to enhance decision-making through in-depth analysis, the creation of scalable data pipelines, and delivering impactful insights. Your contributions will be vital in defining success metrics, evaluating performance, and identifying growth opportunities within our product and business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines to guarantee consistent and timely access to essential product and business data.

  • Establish and refine core metrics for assessing product performance, feature utilization, user engagement, and strategic initiatives.

  • Create and sustain interactive dashboards using Tableau (or similar BI tools) to provide clear, actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.

  • Design and assess experiments (A/B tests) to measure the effectiveness of new features and product modifications.

  • Convert complex data sets into straightforward, actionable insights through statistical analysis and visual storytelling.

  • Work collaboratively across departments with product managers, engineers, designers, and executives to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Proactively spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities hidden within user behavior and market dynamics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in SQL and Python, or equivalent data-centric programming languages.

  • Experienced with Tableau or comparable BI tools.

  • Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, pipeline architecture, and managing large-scale datasets.

  • Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis.

  • Competence in visualizing and conveying insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prior experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a data science role.

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with working alongside Marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, segment audiences, and analyze marketing campaigns.
