Role Overview:

Cresta is enhancing its Customer Success organization by introducing a specialized analytics function aimed at maximizing customer value. As a Data Scientist, Customer Analytics, you will serve as the analytical engine for measuring and narrating customer impact, designing experiments, analyzing conversational and operational data, and developing dashboards that demonstrate Cresta’s value.

You will collaborate within the Customer Success organization, working closely with Business Value, Customer Success Managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering. Your contributions will drive discussions around ROI, QBRs, pilots, and renewal processes.

This position is perfect for an emerging data scientist who thrives on hands-on analytics, enjoys solving complex problems, and excels at translating ambiguous business inquiries into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) across conversational, operational, and performance datasets.
  • Convert ambiguous business queries into structured analytical challenges.
  • Examine how changes in workflows, behaviors, and product usage correlate with business value.
