Supervisory Responsibilities:This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or 8+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in ETL processes, analytic-based data-driven reporting, and tools such as Tableau, SQL Server, Salesforce, and Snowflake. Preferred Skills: Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy data, along with previous client-facing roles. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

Join assist-rx as a Data Systems Analyst and take the lead in integrating data assets into our advanced cloud data platform. In this role, you will not only oversee the quality of data but also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions to data-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive data mapping in alignment with established specifications.
  • Engage with leadership to discuss data requirements and key project timelines.
  • Investigate and address data quality issues identified during onboarding or through new file submissions, working closely with the client team for effective solutions.
  • Handle ongoing inquiries and requests related to data specifications.
  • Assess incoming files for compliance with data standards, including testing files and outlining necessary business rules for the mapping tool.
  • Configure the mapping tool to facilitate data translation from source to target formats, ensuring thorough testing and providing clear documentation for both internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on data specifications and requirements.
  • Stay updated on the evolving landscape of data specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for colleagues on data specifications and requirements.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.
