Develop and enforce validation plans that go beyond lab testing, including functional, environmental, EMC, and field tests. Prepare thorough industrial documentation for production, such as BOM, Gerber files, test reports, and procedures. Manage BOM costs and secure key components by establishing dual sourcing strategies. Lead go/no-go reviews before each hardware release and make final decisions. Technical Standards and Team Development Set and uphold high engineering standards for the hardware team, including documentation, validation, design reviews, and best practices. Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level engineers, supporting them in solving complex challenges.
