Mission:
To strengthen our support team, we are seeking a Network Security Engineer specializing in DDI Infoblox. Your primary responsibility will be to address complex client incidents:
- Communicate with clients following established procedures
- Respond to client phone inquiries
- Resolve technical incidents
- Implement necessary actions for the effective handling of requests, based on client subscribed service levels (configuration, lab, upgrades, etc.)
- Engage relevant personnel when technical expertise is required
- Escalate to direct management in line with procedures in cases of:
- Exceeding SLA
- Overload
- Availability issues within the team
- Need for additional skills
- Any other reason necessitating managerial intervention
- Prepare and deliver timely reporting to clients, as per contracted services
- Conduct client meetings (in-person or remotely)
- Maintain a high-quality relationship with clients
- Technically escalate incidents to management
