In this fulfilling role, you'll work closely with children, executing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you'll help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

We seek individuals who are dedicated to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory. However, the nature of this role can be physically demanding, requiring you to be active and agile. You should be comfortable with movements such as standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
