About the job

Centria Autism is hiring a Dedicated Behavior Technician in Cibolo, Texas. This position works directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing one-on-one support and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. All work is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You Will Do

  • Follow evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Work to reduce challenging behaviors through consistent, supportive intervention
  • Engage actively with children throughout each session
  • Collaborate with a team committed to making a difference
