In this fulfilling position, you will work directly with children, applying personalized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your mission will be to utilize evidence-based methods to foster communication, social skills, and daily living capabilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are genuinely dedicated to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential.
This role demands patience, empathy, and teamwork, as you’ll collaborate with a support network focused on each child's success. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for this rewarding work, even if you lack prior experience. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable; therefore, the role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, move, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
