Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Must be patient, compassionate, and an effective team player. Aged 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

You should be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
