Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 – $104,000 per year

Role Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Gotham Enterprises, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Working closely under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, your primary focus will be on implementing treatment plans, educating patients, and maintaining thorough documentation to enhance recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer treatment to patients in alignment with the Physical Therapist's directives
  • Progressively demonstrate and adapt exercises based on individualized care plans
  • Facilitate gait training, balance enhancement, and functional movement sessions
  • Monitor patient tolerance, pain levels, and overall performance during therapy
  • Guide patients in adhering to home exercise programs
  • Meticulously document treatment sessions, progress, and patient responses in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Assist in the upkeep of clinic equipment and readiness for patient sessions

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Valid PTA license in Arizona, in good standing
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Proficiency with EMR/documentation systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor in patient interactions
