Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year
Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Gotham Enterprises, you will collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient strength, mobility, and overall functional abilities. This dynamic role is pivotal in patient rehabilitation, where you will lead patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor their progress, and foster their confidence in regaining movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment interventions as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through a variety of therapeutic exercises and functional movement training.
- Utilize manual techniques and modalities (e.g., heat, ice, electrical stimulation) as instructed.
- Track patient responses and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on effective home exercise programs and proper exercise techniques.
- Accurately document patient visits in accordance with clinic standards.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
