Responsibilities:Assist in the creation of a risk-based audit and monitoring plan tailored for the healthcare organization. Review healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and NCQA, to ensure compliance. Conduct audits as per departmental audit plans. Collaborate with various teams to gain insight into their operations and evaluate their compliance with regulations. Assess the effectiveness of compliance measures and identify improvement areas. Draft comprehensive audit reports, effectively communicating findings to relevant business units. Identify compliance gaps and risks, contributing to proactive strategies for mitigation. Support the maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements. Regularly update leadership on compliance audit activities and recommendations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

About the Role:

The Delegate Oversight Associate plays a vital role in supporting our enterprise compliance initiatives. This position involves assisting in the development of compliance activities to ensure a thorough understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements. You will assess compliance across various business units, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and standards through comprehensive auditing and monitoring activities.

In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Compliance Audit and Monitoring.

Work Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates residing in Atlanta, GA. While currently remote, our work approach may evolve, and future models could include a hybrid presence at your local office hub. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 per year. Additionally, employees are entitled to benefits, including a vacation accrual rate of 15 days per year and opportunities for annual performance bonuses.
