Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain overall accountability for the successful delivery of all projects and services as per the engagement, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Monitor Project Health using metrics-driven assessments, taking corrective and preventive measures for any discrepancies, and ensuring follow-ups are conducted. Lead Engagement Steering committee meetings and other operational discussions involving senior leadership from both the customer and Zifo, tracking and reporting on action items regularly. Develop and implement engagement improvement plans focused on optimizing service delivery. Design and execute continuous improvement strategies that benefit both the customer and Zifo. Oversee operational aspects of engagements including staffing, invoicing compliance, contract renewals, and resource management. Foster and strengthen customer relationships across all levels to enhance customer satisfaction and maturity. Conduct Customer Satisfaction assessments and manage improvements through targeted initiatives. Support Business Development efforts through account exploration and participation in RFP responses. Manage performance feedback for Zifo resources to their respective line managers. Provide strategic project and program management consultative guidance, identifying business and technical challenges and opportunities for enhancements. Introduce thought leadership to client engagements by offering insights into industry trends. Lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional and global project teams. Ensure a seamless experience for clients while engaging with Zifo’s various service teams worldwide. Address and resolve conflicts among Zifo service lines with the customer's interests as the priority.

The Delivery Manager (DM) for Scientific Services plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all contractual obligations for Zifo in relation to our client engagements are met. This position embodies the 'one hand to shake' principle, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders alike. The DM will leverage strategic and technical leadership, alongside consulting and project management expertise, to assess customer needs and opportunities, ensuring that Zifo delivers solutions that align with customer objectives and aspirations.
