Glow25 is a Berlin-based beauty and pro-aging company with a mission to create meaningful "Glow Moments" for customers and team members alike. As the company expands rapidly, planning processes have grown more complex, and the team is looking for a Demand Planner (all genders) to join remotely from within Germany.
Role overview
The Demand Planner will play a central role in shaping Glow25's demand planning structure. This position connects Commercial, Supply Chain Management, and Finance, ensuring that all teams align on a single, reliable demand foundation. The role is key to the S&OP process, translating market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs into actionable forecasts.
What you will do
- Build and maintain a monthly 12-month rolling forecast using market data, promotions, and historical trends.
- Lead the Demand Review process, preparing and organizing all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate regularly with the Commercial team to integrate campaign and forecast information.
- Help implement the Demand Planning Tool and contribute to refining its system logic.
- Develop scenario analyses to clarify planning assumptions and support decision making.
- Track KPIs such as MAPE and Bias, and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Create KPI reports and maintain decision logs for a transparent planning history.
- Participate actively in weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP meetings.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in demand planning or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with demand planning tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Clear communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
