Key Responsibilities:Support Use Case Definition: Collaborate closely with the commercial team from the pre-sales phase through to upselling, gathering client requirements and translating business needs into actionable AI agent solutions. Develop Sales Assets: Create and maintain internal sales enablement materials (such as presentations, ROI calculators, and one-page use case documents) that the sales team can leverage to convey the value of our AI solutions during the early stages of the sales funnel. Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs): Lead the technical development and configuration of custom AI agents and demonstration environments to validate the FleetWorks platform’s effectiveness for specific customer use cases. Document and Organize: Assist in documenting successful deployment playbooks while maintaining a centralized library of successful use case examples and best practices for configuration. Facilitate the Feedback Loop: Systematically collect, document, and communicate feedback from clients and the sales team regarding pilot programs to the Product and Engineering teams to guide future product enhancements. Desired Qualifications:Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated comfort with new software and systems; a quick learner capable of rapidly understanding AI configuration, prompting, and technical deployment. Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for managing complex demonstration environments and deployment checklists.

You will act as the critical link between our customers' operational challenges and effective solutions built on the FleetWorks platform. Embedded within the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, your role will involve designing, constructing, and showcasing custom AI agents that demonstrate our value proposition, facilitating the conversion of leads into successful deals and enduring partnerships.
This role is dynamic and impactful, necessitating a unique combination of business insight, technical curiosity, and a results-driven approach. This position is based full-time in our Chicago office.
