We are seeking a full-time Deployment Specialist to join our Broadcast Operations team. This position reports directly to the Broadcast Support Manager.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage the performance and stability of various cloud-based and distributed broadcasting environments at client sites.
Automate software and system deployments.
Collaborate closely with software developers, project managers, and other technical teams to support and evolve broadcasting services.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues that arise within the systems.
Utilize best practices and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate task automation.
Provide high-level support to the technical teams of our clients.
Oversee the monitoring and updating of the infrastructure.
Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation.

Your Qualifications

Proficient with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat) and open-source environments.
Experienced with cloud IT environments (AWS, Azure, Docker).
Skilled in infrastructure automation, preferably with Ansible or equivalent.
Programming knowledge is a plus (Python, Bash, Ruby).
Familiar with monitoring concepts (Grafana, Prometheus).
Experienced with virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware).
Networking qualifications (TCP/IP, VPN, Multicast, etc.).
Knowledgeable in the technical aspects of audio and video transmission.
Excellent communicator in both French and English (Spanish is a plus).
