Key Responsibilities
Manage customer success from start to finish, overseeing everything from onboarding to growth, ensuring clients realize their business objectives with Duna.
Connect technical and business needs, convert customer requirements into precise technical specifications for the engineering team.
Engage with clients, gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and goals to establish yourself as their trusted advisor.
Influence product strategy, act as the customer advocate in product development and feature prioritization.
Facilitate implementation and adoption, work directly with clients to configure, optimize, and expand their use of Duna.
Forge relationships at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives, becoming their primary contact for product-related inquiries.
Desired Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), investment banking, solutions engineering, or startup environments.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, capable of mapping organizations and identifying key stakeholders while leading structured, high-quality discussions that foster trust.
Strong systems thinking & project management, demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and connect various elements effectively.
