Role Overview
As a pioneering Deployment Strategist, you will oversee the entire customer journey from initial implementation to adoption and scaling. In this role, you will create and deliver customized implementations tailored to each customer’s unique needs, addressing critical business challenges and utilizing those insights to refine both Serval’s product and the Deployment Strategist model.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and adaptable, capable of multitasking from troubleshooting and deploying features using both code and no-code tools, to engaging in discussions with non-technical stakeholders to clarify trade-offs. The ideal candidate thrives in uncertain environments and possesses a strong combination of technical expertise and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer onboarding process from start to finish, crafting implementations that align Serval with customer workflows and objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and develop documentation to enable customers to effectively use Serval’s technology independently.
- Develop and implement migration strategies that minimize disruptions and facilitate the smooth adoption of Serval’s platform.
