This position is based in either Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA. Role overview The Senior Personnel Security (PERSEC) Officer manages True Anomaly’s personnel security program. This work supports the company’s national security mission and ensures compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and related government regulations. The role is central to enabling secure, compliant operations for classified projects. What you will do Oversee and execute all aspects of the personnel security program Ensure compliance with NISP and applicable government requirements Work closely with teams in Industrial Security, Physical Security, IT Security, HR, Legal, and Program Management Facilitate efficient and ethical processing of cleared personnel Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor within the Security and Operations organization Identify risks and implement effective solutions to support secure business outcomes Values at True Anomaly Be the offset.
