About the job
The Deputy Design Manager at Vitabiotics will work from North West London (NW2 7HF) on a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days remote each week. The role offers a salary between £55,000 and £60,000 per year, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to design packaging, point of sale materials, advertising, and other print collateral.
- Oversee design projects from initial layout through to final artwork, managing proofing and approvals.
- Develop and update packaging artwork and support marketing campaigns.
- Create visuals for new product launches, including photo retouching and preparing product pack shots.
- Adapt creative assets for various formats, such as out-of-home digital billboards.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain design consistency across all projects.
- Assist the Head of Graphic Design with administrative tasks and improvements to department processes.
- Act as a deputy for the Head of Graphic Design when needed.
This role focuses on supporting Vitabiotics’ visual identity across packaging and marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency in all design outputs. The Deputy Design Manager will play a key part in delivering creative solutions for both established and new products, while also contributing to the smooth running of the design department.
