Job Summary
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will have a minimum of two years of recent experience in a supervisory capacity, leading personnel involved in operations, maintenance, and repair tasks of similar complexity and scale to those at the CSSA facility. This includes expertise in OSHA regulations and preventive maintenance management for all existing infrastructure and systems at CSSA, as detailed in applicable UFC and UFGS standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), and Government Task Manager (GTM).
- Support the planning, execution, and oversight of all PITM and Emergency Repairs and Remedial Services (ER&RS) task orders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of essential program documentation, including the Project Management Plan (PMP), Implementation Plan (IP), Subcontractor Management Plan, Staffing Matrix, and Outgoing Transition Plan.
- Facilitate and lead weekly progress meetings, ensuring timely distribution of agendas and reports.
- Coordinate work schedules to minimize disruptions to CSSA operations and guarantee the timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with UFC, UFGS, OSHA, EPA, and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain a 24/7 emergency response capability and ensure rapid deployment for urgent service requests.
- Supervise and coordinate activities with subcontractors, ensuring all personnel meet the necessary qualifications and certifications.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent experience (within the past 7 years) as a first-line supervisor managing operations, maintenance, and repair work of similar complexity and scale to CSSA’s infrastructure.
- Experience in preventive maintenance management, OSHA compliance, and safety protocols, with a focus on infrastructure systems aligned with UFC and UFGS standards.
