Demonstrated experience working in BIM-led environments. Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain accuracy in complex projects. Experience in healthcare projects is a plus but not mandatory.

We are conducting a confidential search for a skilled Design and BIM professional to join our dynamic team, focused on delivering complex, high-quality projects in the healthcare and specialist environments sector.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in leading design coordination, managing BIM processes, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful projects.

The Role
As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design and execution of projects from concept to completion. You will act as a vital link between clients, consultants, and internal teams, overseeing design coordination, BIM execution, information management, and compliance to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design coordination and information management across various projects.
  • Facilitate design team meetings and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and drive BIM strategy within projects.
  • Oversee design schedules, RFIs, documentation, and information release plans.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
  • Support project teams in risk management, compliance, and technical decision-making.
  • Contribute to the implementation and utilization of cloud-based design platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud.
