Job Title: Deskside Support Representative - Distributed Client Services
Location: RICHARDSON, TX
Duration: 12 months with potential extension.

Job Description:

  • Diagnose and resolve intricate Microsoft OS issues, configure and install standard applications, as well as install and remove PCs.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Possess substantial experience in a customer-facing, Windows-based corporate technical support environment, including support for Office and Outlook.
