Qualifications
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft Operating System issues and effectively manage problem tickets. Significant experience in customer-facing roles within a Windows-based corporate technical support environment, including proficiency in supporting Office applications, Outlook, and utilizing ticketing systems. Familiarity with iOS, Android, iPad, Tablets, as well as Mobile Iron, SCCM, HVDs, and Apple Mac systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to engage positively with clients. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential; prior experience in retail environments (e.g., Apple Store, Geek Squad) is advantageous. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. This position requires on-site work at customer locations.
