Responsibilities:Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including IMAC (installations, relocations, upgrades) and provide remote support. Troubleshoot post-deployment issues across multiple platforms: Windows, Macintosh, and mobile devices. Handle printer installations and repairs. Manage asset disposal, redeployment, and reclaiming processes. Coordinate shipping and logistics. Oversee data backup and recovery efforts. Implement hardware refresh initiatives. Manage warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and replacements. Provide depot services and walk-up support. Manage spare parts inventory. Deliver executive (VIP) support. Assist with audio and video support, including health checks. Oversee inventory and asset management within depot operations. Collaborate with external vendors for dispatch support. Identify and resolve hardware and software conflicts. Open and close service requests while managing classification, assignment, tracking, and completion. Tag assets and input all incoming equipment into our asset management system. Work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires effectively. Ensure hardware assignments are updated in the management system. Provide weekly reports on physical inventory counts and track hardware equipment outflows. Coordinate with external suppliers for hardware repairs. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all resolutions.
