Your Role

  • Craft a comprehensive playbook for onboarding and educating customers on Sierra's offerings, including the Agent SDK and our no-code platform, Agent Studio.

  • Spearhead the design and implementation of developer training and enablement initiatives.

  • Create scalable content, such as technical documentation, educational videos, onboarding pathways, and sample repositories to facilitate SDK adoption.

  • Serve as an Agent Software Engineer to develop and deploy AI Agents, gaining expertise in agent development.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to publish developer case studies and success stories that resonate with our expanding technical community.

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for empowering businesses—both small and large—to develop outstanding AI Agents.

  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, particularly in highly technical products or developer relations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to engaging in hands-on training sessions.
