In this role, you will foster and expand the Featherless ecosystem—supporting model creators and early-stage founders in deploying, scaling, and monetizing their innovative ideas on our platform. You will act as both an advocate and architect: developing demos, designing integrations, organizing events, and amplifying the voices within our developer community.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and real-world community engagement. You will represent Featherless in San Francisco and online, connecting with AI builders, creators, and founders who share our vision for open, accessible intelligence.
What You’ll Do

Grow the ecosystem: Expand our West Coast network of builders, researchers, and early-stage founders.
Build and share: Create examples, demos, and case studies that showcase real model deployments.
Host and speak: Represent Featherless at hackathons, community events, and developer showcases.
Create technical content: Produce posts, tutorials, and updates that highlight the capabilities of open models.
Collect feedback: Act as the bridge between developers and our internal teams to enhance our offerings.
