Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Content Creation: Develop blog posts, social media threads, and explanatory materials that simplify our research for ML engineers and systems researchers. Transform academic papers into engaging narratives. Create detailed technical walkthroughs discussing our training processes, architectural choices, and outcomes. Community Engagement: Manage our Discord and Twitter/X channels as technical communication platforms. Actively engage with ML, distributed systems, and decentralized compute communities. Establish a credible presence in forums such as Hacker News, Reddit (e.g., r/MachineLearning, r/LocalLLaMA), and pertinent Discord servers. Conference Representation: Represent Pluralis at major ML conferences (e.g., ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS). Deliver presentations, conduct demonstrations, and cultivate relationships with researchers on-site. Contributor Onboarding: Enhance the onboarding and communication experience for GPU contributors involved in training runs. Prepare documentation, guides, and troubleshooting resources. Multimedia Production: Create and edit video content such as paper walkthroughs, research explainers, and contributor tutorials. Oversee the management of our YouTube channel. Partnership Coordination: Develop co-marketing materials and synchronize announcements with ecosystem partners. Collaborate with the team on various initiatives.

You will shape our technical narrative and become the face of Pluralis's contributions within the community.
