Focus Area: Player Account Management (PAM) This role centers on the Player Account Management area, which covers: Account creation, verification, updates, and closure Account authentication, controls, and security User session management Responsible gaming measures What You Will Do Incident & Problem Management: Investigate system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Work to reduce incidents related to system changes. Observability & Metrics: Define and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and key success metrics for new projects. Build and update dashboards to support observability goals. Performance & Capacity: Spot and help resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize both infrastructure and code for quick service delivery. Plan for future hardware or cloud resource needs. Availability & Change Management: Keep platform components available and reliable for users.
