Familiarity with cloud networking, particularly Azure, is a valuable asset.Your responsibilities will include:Network Design & Management: Architect and uphold resilient, scalable network infrastructures across various environments, including data centers and retail locations. Administer WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks utilizing Cisco and/or Aruba technologies, overseeing switches, access points, and controllers while ensuring peak performance through effective routing and switching deployments.Core Services & Wireless Optimization: Manage essential services like RADIUS, TACACS+, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and AAA integrations. Optimize Wi-Fi networks through strategic planning and tools such as Ekahau and RF tuning.Lifecycle Management & Automation: Oversee hardware upgrades and lifecycle management, championing automation initiatives via Python, Ansible, or similar tools to enhance operational efficiency.Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including standards, diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides, while contributing to policies and playbooks.Cloud Connectivity (Optional): Provide support for hybrid cloud networking in Azure, covering VNets, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateway.Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of network projects, including store rollouts, office expansions, and cloud migrations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and architectural frameworks.Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated network solutions and support cross-functional initiatives, encompassing omnichannel retail, e-commerce, and sustainability programs.Operational Support: Offer Tier 3 escalation support for critical network issues, working alongside operations teams to ensure proactive monitoring and swift incident response.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will collaborate closely with our Networking team to shape and enhance our global network infrastructure.
