Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Diesel Technician Instructor to create, implement, and deliver advanced training programs centered around diesel propulsion systems that support our autonomous surface vessels (ASVs). This role uniquely combines curriculum design, practical maintenance training, and field-based technical support, ensuring peak operational readiness for our internal teams, contracted customers, and Department of Defense (DoD) partners.
In this position, you will develop and facilitate hands-on training initiatives focusing on diesel engine maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and system troubleshooting. Your contributions will enhance team readiness, support the establishment of professional certification pathways, drive technical standards, and ensure that personnel are equipped to maintain and sustain Saronic-operated vessels in diverse operational environments.
