Role Overview

As a vital player in our rapidly expanding team, the Application Engineer will focus on enhancing our Anatomage Table Application. In response to the growing demand for virtual services, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional quality standards, conduct thorough quality testing and troubleshooting, and gather insights through market research and client interactions. Your contributions will directly influence the evolution of our educational resources, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate possesses a Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and excels in verbal and written communication. We seek someone with a passion for innovation in the realm of 3D anatomy visualization, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full-time and is primarily on-site/hybrid at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Software Developers, Anatomists, 3D Modelers, and clients to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Design and execute comprehensive quality test plans and reports.
  • Engage in research and development of new features, tools, and products.
  • Present team milestones and progress updates effectively.
  • Develop engaging product content.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.
  • Provide training and technical support to customers.
  • Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations.
