Successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as an insurance salesman, bank clerk, or IHK-certified insurance specialist (m/f/d). Practical experience in insurance consulting, customer service, or sales – ideally with a focus on property insurance. Proficient in digital customer communication and common tools (e.g., CRM systems, email communication). Customer-oriented thinking and acting along with a good sense for economically sensible insurance solutions. Structured, reliable, and committed working style – even in project-related tasks. Willingness to actively shape processes and contribute to the further development of digital services. Strong communication skills and service awareness – both written and verbal. Very good German language skills (at least C1).

  • Primary Contact for Customers: Comprehensive consultation on property insurance including household, residential building, legal protection, and pet health – tailored, professionally grounded, via phone and email.
  • Service & Communication: Processing new contracts, changes, and inquiries – efficiently, solution-oriented, and customer-friendly, with a strong service orientation and structured working style.
  • Needs Analysis & Consultation: Development of economically viable insurance solutions, transparent support during the decision-making process to foster long-term trust.
  • Customer Data Management & Contribution: Careful maintenance of customer data, applying expertise and decision-making skills in processing.
  • Project Work & Innovation: Participation in projects, further development of digital services, and active contribution of ideas for modern insurance consulting.
