Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for an experienced ASIC Digital Design Manager to spearhead the development and execution of digital subsystems for our cutting-edge high-speed mixed-signal ASICs. This pivotal role blends hands-on leadership with a commitment to rapid execution, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a talented team, mentoring engineers, and setting ambitious performance benchmarks while driving collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project progress from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the comprehensive delivery of digital subsystems (RTL, synthesis, DFT/DFD, timing closure, physical implementation), maintaining stringent adherence to schedules while upholding quality.
Establish robust processes that emphasize rigorous design, thorough verification, and effective silicon bring-up strategies to secure first-pass success.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of 6–12 digital engineers, overseeing goal-setting, performance evaluations, career growth, and recruitment, fostering a culture of accountability.
Facilitate collaboration across analog, verification, layout, packaging, firmware, and test teams to ensure alignment and swift program advancement from architecture to implementation.
Define and monitor aggressive schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies, effectively communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
