As a Digital Learning Specialist (Mid/Senior Level), you will take ownership of the content: refining the inquiry, establishing a learning strategy, and translating that into concrete designs and products. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and software engineers, and serve as a strong partner for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
You will assist organizations in addressing their learning and development questions by translating them into smart, suitable solutions: e-learning, blended paths, learning campaigns, microlearning, performance support, and occasionally consultancy projects. You ensure that the pedagogical approach is sound and that it is effectively implemented in practice.
Key Activities Include:
- Analyzing learning needs including target audience, context, performance gaps, constraints, and success criteria.
- Developing a learning strategy and justifying choices regarding format, pedagogy, interaction, and tone of voice.
- Facilitating workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders, structuring complex input.
- Creating (or overseeing) pedagogical designs and storyboards while closely working with our design team.
- Ensuring pedagogical quality throughout development (review rounds, testing, iterating).
- Advising clients on implementation and sustainability: what is necessary to effect genuine behavior/knowledge change?
- Actively sharing knowledge within the team and contributing to approaches, standards, and trends.
