rehire is hiring a Digital Marketing & Growth Analyst to focus on performance optimization for its eCommerce platform in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) setting. This Buenos Aires-based role centers on improving conversion rates, increasing organic traffic, and turning data into clear actions. The analyst will work closely with the marketing team and play a direct part in shaping business results and revenue.
Main Responsibilities
- Increase eCommerce conversion rates by optimizing product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows.
- Plan and assess A/B tests for key elements such as calls to action, page layouts, and copy.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue, identifying trends and irregularities.
- Lead on-page SEO efforts to grow organic traffic.
- Use Google Analytics 4 to produce insights that guide marketing decisions.
- Review and report on campaign performance for Meta Ads and Google Ads, recommending improvements.
- Support growth initiatives such as cross-selling, subscriptions, and referral programs.
- Work with content, data, and marketing teams to drive better outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on D2C eCommerce.
- Comfortable using platforms like Tienda Nube and/or Shopify.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4.
- Background in conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
- Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
- Experience evaluating paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
