Role overview
This internship is part of Gen’s growth and monetization team, focusing on improving customer journeys and boosting retention for Norton consumer desktop products. The work centers on in-product marketing projects that support commercial growth.
What you will do
- Optimize upgrade screens that appear after Norton installation
- Test various offers and messaging strategies
- Analyze data to identify which approaches increase subscription rates and extend user engagement
- Run experiments and support ongoing marketing initiatives
