Role Overview
The Digital Media Manager joins the Client Services team in Chicago as a key contact for some of Flywheel’s largest clients. This role centers on managing client relationships and guiding them through complex challenges, especially on Amazon. The position involves hands-on campaign management and strategic advising to help clients succeed in digital commerce.
What You Will Do
- Create, monitor, and analyze online marketing campaigns on Amazon and other emerging platforms
- Oversee Search and Display campaigns across Flywheel’s network
- Independently manage large, complex client accounts
- Drive daily engagement with clients through e-commerce media performance and planning
- Advise clients on investment levels, product assortment, and media support
- Identify onsite opportunities and address potential challenges
- Deliver high-quality service that supports client business growth and reflects Flywheel’s values
- Mentor Media Specialists and support their development within the team
